PLEASE NOTE: we require 24hour notice of any cancellation.
Late cancellations will result in a half charge of the appointment and all no show appointments will be charged in full.
Due to our strict cleaning procedures for Covid, our appointments are longer and we can fit less clients in, so we need to be more strict on this protocol.
