Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears which correspond to every muscle, joint, gland and organ of the body. It aims to improve your health by reducing tension and increasing circulation. By applying pressure on specific reflex points on the feet, your reflexologist can stimulate the corresponding organs and glands to promote the natural function of the related areas of the body. The treatment is performed in a relaxing and comfortable position on a massage table with a cushioned heated table warmer. Then the treatment begins with a variety of gentle, warm up techniques followed by a thumb and finger walking motion over all the reflex points of both feet. Absolute heaven!
