PLEASE NOTE: Direct Billing is a courtesy to our clients . We can not control what the insurance companies approve or deny, therefore YOU MUST ALWAYS BE PREPARED TO PAY FOR YOUR TREATMENT.

Insurance cards must always be presented every time you come in.
